Ezzy is accountable for cybersecurity at PG&E.

Ezzy's role includes risk identification, architecture and engineering, cybersecurity services, monitoring and response and incident response across all technology domains and industrial control systems. He also maintains strong working partnerships with Legal, HR, Privacy, Corporate Security, Emergency Response, IT and Federal and State Government Affairs.

 

Ezzy joined PG&E in 2003 in the Information Technology organization, leading a variety of application, infrastructure and process teams. He joined the security organization in 2017 to build a converged Fusion Center across Corporate Security and Cybersecurity functions. Ezzy has also led the Corporate Security team and spearheaded the use of technology in the field to help scale and drive effectiveness in coverage and security operations. Under his leadership, the Cybersecurity organization has delivered industry-leading capabilities and performance.

 

Prior to PG&E, Ezzy worked with several Fortune 500 companies as a Project Manager at a leading e-commerce and digital services consulting firm.

 

A native of California, Ezzy holds an Executive MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, a BS in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University, and a BA in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley. He is a Certified Protectional Professional (CPP) and member of the Edison Electric Institute Security and Technology Policy Executive Advisory Committee.
