Vishy Natarajan
Vice President, Customer Systems and Solutions | Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Vishy Natarajan was named Vice President, Customer Systems and Solutions of PG&E in 2024.
Natarajan partners with teams throughout our business and oversees the Customer Center Service Platform, customer self-service (IVR, PGE.com), billing (C2M) and the customer outage experience. He develops multi-year application roadmaps, leads projects from requirements to implementation, and develops successors within all levels of the organization.
Earlier in his career at PG&E, Natarajan held the position of Senior Director, Electric Operations, GIS and Wildfire Safety. In that role, he led a newly formed team in supporting our Wildfire Safety Program Command Center.
Natarajan's career has included several senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Technology at SunTrust Banks, where he led customer transformation, enabling the growth of the bank's digital strategy. Prior to that, he was the CTO at a startup in Atlanta and was Vice President of Technology at Equifax Global Internal Solutions, where he managed the product delivery of all consumer credit products and led the transformation of a global CRM and e-commerce platform.
Natajaran holds a B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University in India, and he has completed programs in Executive Leadership at Stanford University and the University of Idaho.
