Terri Winnie is Vice President, People Partner for Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
Winnie leads PG&E's HR Business Partner and new People Partner organizations. People Partner is instrumental in fostering PG&E's culture and developing the strategy to shape the workplace environment—all with the goal of supporting coworkers in doing their best work for PG&E’s customers.
Winnie has been with PG&E since 2006. She has held a variety of leadership positions—including most recently as Senior Director and HR Lead for Propel, PG&E's transformation of the processes, policies and technology within People to develop a joyful coworker experience. Winnie's PG&E experience also includes being Senior Director of HR Services, Director of HR Data and Operations, and Director, Human Resources Business Partner.
Before Winnie joined PG&E, she was Director of Human Resources for Financial Title Company and spent 10 years with Nextel Communications in numerous human resources roles
Winnie graduated from California Coast University with a bachelor's of science in management.
