Sangram Bhosale was named Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer in 2024.
With a proven track record in driving supply chain excellence and developing high-performing teams, Bhosale brings a wealth of experience and expertise to PG&E. His strong focus on Lean principles and digital transformation has successfully modernized operations, streamlined processes, and strengthened supplier relationships throughout his career.
Bhosale has nearly 20 years of international experience in leading supply chain organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Xcel Energy. Before Xcel Energy, he was Chief Procurement Officer at two major Canadian companies: TransAlta and Husky Energy. His extensive leadership background includes positions as Vice President and General Manager of Supply Chain Cairn Energy - India, and Principal at Kearney, a management consulting firm.
Bhosale holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) Technological University in India, a master's degree in industrial engineering and management from Oklahoma State University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
