Sandra Cullings serves as Vice President, Portfolio and Program Management in Electric Operations.
Cullings is responsible for developing PG&E's execution strategy by tracking in-year targets and managing resources across the company's $8 billion portfolio to safely deliver the Electric Operations workplan on time and on budget.
Since joining PG&E in 2000, Cullings has held roles in Electric Operations as well as Resource Management and Contract Construction. Most recently, Cullings was Senior Director of Contract Construction. She oversaw distribution contract crews, safety, work execution as well as Construction Management work readiness, scheduling and financial accountability.
Cullings, who has extensive experience in project management work, has served in numerous specialist, manager, director and senior director positions.
Cullings earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Stanislaus.
