Wilkerson has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, transformation and consulting. He joined PG&E after serving as the Vice President of People Experience Foundations at technology provider Trimble. Wilkerson’s other recent positions included Vice President of Global HR Services and Functional Excellence at Tenneco and nearly a decade at Eaton as Director of Global HR Services and Continuous Improvement.
Wilkerson earned a bachelor's in economics from West Virginia State University and a master of human resources from Central Michigan University.
