Jake Zigelman serves as Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s Head of Bay Area Region.
As one of PG&E's leaders in the field, Zigelman is accountable for delivering high-quality performance to our customers and ensuring the safety, availability and reliability of regional operations in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Zigelman lives and works in the Bay Area Region, giving him a firsthand understanding of the local issues, priorities, and customer needs across the Bay Area communities.
Previously, Zigelman was Senior Director of Load Management Solutions, and before that, Senior Director of Customer Engagement. Zigelman joined PG&E in 2006, and has held leadership roles across the company’s various functions—including Finance, Office of the CEO, Electric Operations, Customer Care and Engineering Planning & Strategy. Before coming to PG&E, he was a management consultant and banker.
Zigelman holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
