Deborah Sinta

Deborah Sinta was named Senior Vice President, Talent, Culture and People of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) in 2024.

Sinta helps oversee PG&E’s efforts to attract and retain the right workforce and foster the right culture to meet the needs of PG&E’s customers and build a clean, climate-resilient energy system for the future.

 

Sinta has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources leadership the consumer goods and food industries. Before joining PG&E, she was Vice President of Talent, Inclusion and Culture for Tenneco, one of the world’s leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of automotive products. Sinta was Vice President of Talent, Inclusion and Culture for Tyson Foods, and Vice President of Human Resources for beverage manufacturer Mark Anthony Brands.

 

Sinta serves on the board of the World Woman Foundation, a non-profit organization that creates meaningful experiences through business, technology, social entrepreneurship and entertainment designed for women. She earned an Advanced Level General Certificate of Education from King Ecgbert College in the United Kingdom.
