Christine Cowsert Chapman is the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Business and Technology Modernization for Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

She previously led various PG&E teams—including electric asset management and regulatory compliance, gas asset and risk management, engineering, gas control, gas system planning, regulatory strategy, compliance, and innovation. Cowsert Chapman was also in charge of the 24/7 operations of PG&E's Gas Operations Center and PG&E's Gas Transmission business.
Cowsert Chapman has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's in business administration from the University of California. She is a Registered Professional Engineer in California and a board member at the Chabot Space and Science Center.
