Chris Zenner is Vice President of Customer Channels and Services at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), leading channel strategy to provide customer service for PG&E's 5.3 million residential customers.
In this capacity, Zenner oversees PG&E’s contact center operations, customer service outreach, workforce management, credit and collections, payment processing, and digital channels.
Zenner joined PG&E in July of 2013 as Director managing the company's customer service offices serving 16 million Californians across 70,000 square miles. Zenner most recently led the Residential Services and Digital Channels team, overseeing PG&E's four contact centers, workforce management, digital strategy, customer service outreach, customer experience, as well as the customer technology improvement team.
Previously, Zenner worked for Dave & Buster's Inc. for seven years managing the oversight of nine multi-state locations. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Zenner served as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and Special Operations Civil Affairs Specialist for seven years.
Zenner graduated from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minn., with a Bachelor of Science in Government. He served two years as Executive Mentor for the Western Energy Institute's Emerging Leaders Program and completed an executive leadership program at Stanford University.
