Annabelle Louie

Annabelle Louie is Vice President, Enterprise Business Processes.

In this role, Louie leads the critical work of imagining and executing a radically different future state for the use of SAP technology in the business across the enterprise. Her responsibilities include providing strategic direction and oversight for the SAP business implementation to a multi-year program, named Propel, that includes Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources.

 

She previously was Vice President, Operations Support, where she led a group dedicated to creating cross-commodity consistency and standards in performing work that allows Electric Operations and Gas Operations to focus on execution. This team had single points of accountability for five key enabling functions: Work Management & Resource Planning, Execution Support, Business Operations & Process Improvement, PG&E Academy, and Enterprise Public Works.

 

Since joining PG&E in 2008, Louie has focused on safety, electric system reliability, delivering on customer commitments and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. She has served in roles of increasing responsibility from frontline supervisor to senior field leader. Her previous roles have included: Senior Director, Electric Distribution Field Operations in the Bay/Central Region; Director, Construction Resource Management; Superintendent, San Jose, De Anza and Peninsula divisions; and Engineering Manager, Asset Management.

 

Louie is a graduate of PG&E’s Pathway to Superintendent Program, and holds Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from UC Berkeley.
