Ananda Baron was named Vice President, Total Rewards in 2024.
Baron oversees PG&E's Compensation and Benefits programs.
Baron returned to PG&E as a consultant to the People team in 2023. From 2006 to 2018, she served in various leadership roles at PG&E, including Senior Director, Ethics and Compliance; Senior Director, Community Relations and Executive Director of The PG&E Corporation Foundation; and roles leading HR Strategy and Recruiting.
Outside PG&E, Baron served as Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy and Total Rewards with AAA of Northern California, Nevada and Utah. She was also Head of Talent Management for Atlassian, a collaboration software company, for nearly three years.
Baron earned a bachelor's in psychology from UCLA and a master’s in business administration from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
