Mr. Denault brings over 40 years of regulated electric and natural gas utility experience.
As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Entergy Corporation (an electric and natural gas utility operating in four Southern states), Mr. Denault transformed the company into a premier utility with one of the nation's cleanest energy portfolios. Under his leadership, Entergy invested in the reliability and resilience of the energy system, streamlined its operations, and maintained financial stability.
Mr. Denault is currently a Senior Advisor to ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC (middle-market infrastructure investor). He also serves on the board of directors of Huntington Ingalls Industries, a large defense contractor with a nuclear services business related to the power industry, as well as on the private board of Alpha Generation, which manages critical power infrastructure to help meet the growing needs of electrification.
