Our Employees
Each and every day of the year, our employees bring a strong dedication to the customer to their work, whether they are working on fundamentals like maintaining and improving our gas and electric infrastructure or interacting with a customer to meet their needs. Looking forward, we are working on many fronts to build and sustain the workforce PG&E will need to thrive in the long-term—from providing skills training so employees can work safely and effectively to creating a company where different views and backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged. To meet the challenges we face, both today and into the future, our success will hinge on engaging our approximately 20,000 men and women to embrace innovation and new thinking while fulfilling the promise of safe and reliable energy for our customers.
