More than ever, PG&E’s focus is on our core business: providing safe and reliable gas and electric service to the millions of homes and businesses that depend on us. Today and into the future, we are making significant changes to our operating practices, updating and upgrading our infrastructure and working toward delivering the service our customers rightly expect. We are also making investments with our eye on the emergence of a smarter grid that is more responsive to customers and more capable of integrating expanding supplies of renewable energy and the increasing customer adoption of rooftop solar and plug-in electric vehicles.
