Vice President, Operations Support | Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Annabelle Louie was named Vice President, Operations Support, in November 2021.
Louie leads a group dedicated to creating cross-commodity consistency and standards in performing work that allows both Electric Operations and Gas Operations to focus purely on execution. This team will have single points of accountability for five key enabling functions: Work Management & Resource Planning, Execution Support, Business Operations & Process Improvement, PG&E Academy, and Enterprise Public Works.
In this role, she will lead the department that puts our customers at the core of everything we do and aligns our work functionally. During her 13-year career at PG&E, she has focused on safety, electric system reliability, delivering on customer commitments and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
Louie joined PG&E in 2008 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Electric Distribution Field Operations in the Bay/Central Region. Her previous roles have included: Director, Construction Resource Management; Superintendent, San Jose, De Anza and Peninsula divisions; and Engineering Manager, Asset Management.
Louie is a graduate of PG&E’s Pathway to Superintendent Program, and holds Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from UC Berkeley.
