Vice President, Land and Environmental Management | Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Andrew (Andy) K. Williams is Vice President, Land and Environmental Management at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). He is responsible for overseeing the company's environmental policies, including permitting, compliance, remediation, land management and conservation.
Williams has over 20 years of experience in the utility industry. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Safety, Health and Environment for PG&E, leading employee and contractor safety programs and developing best safety practices. He also served as Vice President, Human Resources, responsible for labor relations and the delivery of human resources programs and policies for the energy company. Prior to joining PG&E in 2007, Williams worked in the office of the General Counsel at PPL, an Allentown, PA-based Fortune 500 energy company.
Williams received a bachelor's degree in economics from Louisiana State University, and a law degree from Loyola University, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. Williams is admitted to the State Bar Associations of Louisiana, Florida and Pennsylvania. He serves on the boards of directors for the YMCA of the Central Bay Area and Save the Bay.
