Roger H. Kimmel
Vice Chairman of Rothschild Inc.

Mr. Kimmel is Vice Chairman of Rothschild Inc. (investment banking) and has held that position since January 2001.  Prior to joining that firm, Mr. Kimmel was a partner in the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP from December 1986 to January 2001.  Mr. Kimmel has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since January 2009.  He also is a director and the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. and a director of Schiff Nutrition International, Inc.
