Rosendo (Ro) G. Parra
Partner and Co-Founder of Daylight Partners

Mr. Parra is a Partner and co-founder of Daylight Partners (technology-focused venture capital firm) and has held that position since December 2007.  Prior to the launch of Daylight Partners, he served as Senior Vice President for the Home and Small Business Group of Dell, Inc. from June 2006 to April 2007, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Dell Americas from April 2002 to June 2006, and Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager, Worldwide Home and Small Business Group from April 2001 to April 2002.  Mr. Parra held various other executive positions at Dell from 1993 to 2001.  Prior to joining Dell, he was a senior executive with GRiD Computer Systems Inc. from 1989 to 1993.  Mr. Parra has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since September 2009.  He also is a director of Brinker International and NII Holdings, Inc.
