Mr. Biller is retired Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Wells Fargo & Company (financial services and retail banking). He held that position from November 1998 until his retirement in October 2002. Mr. Biller was President and Chief Operating Officer of Norwest Corporation (bank holding company) from 1997 until it merged with Wells Fargo & Company in 1998. Mr. Biller, 60, was an advisory director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company from January 2003 to February 2004, and has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since February 2004. He also is a director of Ecolab Inc., Knowledge Schools Inc., and Knowledge Universe Education.
