Lewis Chew
Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of

Mr. Chew is Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of National Semiconductor (analog power management technology) and has held that position since June 2001.  He joined National Semiconductor in May 1997 as Director of Internal Audit and was named Vice President and Controller in December 1998.  Prior to joining National Semiconductor, Mr. Chew was a partner at the accounting firm of KPMG, LLP.  Mr. Chew has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since September 2009.
