Barbara L. Rambo
Vice Chair of Nietech Corporation

Ms. Rambo is Vice Chair of Nietech Corporation (payments technology company) and has held that position since October 2006. She joined Nietech in November 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Nietech, Ms. Rambo served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OpenClose Technologies (financial services company) from July 2001 to December 2001 and from January 2000 to June 2001, respectively. Previously, Ms. Rambo held various executive positions at Bank of America, most recently serving as Group Executive Vice President and Head of National Commercial Banking. Ms. Rambo, 55, has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since January 2005. She also is a director of UnionBanCal Corporation.
